Rates
While FURN & CO will provide accident replacement vehicles to all parties following an accident, our main focus is providing suitable accident replacement vehicles to those who meet our eligibility criteria. Our vehicles are hired to our eligible clients for the duration that their vehicle is deemed unroadworthy and/or repairs being undertaken. If a vehicle is a total loss, clients may still be eligible for a no cost accident replacement vehicle up until they receive a settlement payment from the insurer.
Not At Fault - If your not at fault following an accident and are eligible for a no cost accident replacement vehicle, we will invoice the At Fault Insurance Company for the duration of the hire. As per our agreements, we do require our clients to assist us in the recovery of costs from the At Fault Insurer. If your not at fault but not eligible for a no cost accident replacement vehicle, we are still able to provide a vehicle to you for a maximum of 14 days, however, costs must be covered in full prior to delivery of the vehicle. A bond of $500 will be held for all clients who do not meet the eligibility criteria but require a vehicle from us.
At Fault - Unfortunately, these things do happen and someone has to be at fault. Provided we have vehicles available, we would be happy to hire you a vehicle for a maximum duration of 14 days. Costs must be covered in full prior to the vehicle being delivered. A bond of $500 will be held for all clients who are at fault and require a vehicle from us.
FEE STRUCTURE:
Daily Rate - Our daily base rates are set in line with the market rate for each class of vehicle provided. Our aim is to provide you with the same class vehicle as you already have. However due to availability, sometimes this isn't always possible but we will confirm the type of vehicle provided prior to the rental agreement being signed. Our daily base rate also includes 24-hour breakdown assistance.
Delivery & Collection - We charge a single fee that covers the delivery and collection of the vehicle for the duration of the hire. Occasionally, we may have to change you into a different vehicle during your hire. There will be no additional delivery or collection fee charged if this does happen.
Additional Fees - Clients must cover all additional charges incurred during the hire duration.. These include but are not limited to, fuel, tolls, traffic or parking infringements, vehicle cleaning, lost for missing keys, unacceptable wear and tear and excess or damage. An administration fee will be charged for processing these charges.
